2 brothers, ages 10 and 11 were struck by a vehicle on Rock Ave near King St earlier this morning. Both children were taken to the hospital and are in critical condition. The 10 year old was taken to Harbor View with multiple broken bones and head trauma, the 11 year old is at a local hospital. The driver has been detained. Reports state that he had struck other vehicles before hiting the boys.
