Charles "Chuck" Richter, 30 year volunteer firefighter for Union Gap, passed away on July 8th at the age of 80. Mr. Richter served in the U.S. Army and was a veteran of the Korean War. Chuck also worked 11 years at H&H Meat Packing but eventually retired after 10 years working for Quest. He was also a member of the Yakima Valley Timberwolves Jeep Club for over 35 years.
